Jill + Patrick | Private Fall Elopement

Jill and Patrick’s elopement was a little different from a traditional wedding and that’s exactly what made it so special.
The two of them chose Lily Bay State Park for their private vows, surrounded by the fall foliage and the incredible views of Moosehead Lake. As two people who love being outdoors, it was the perfect setting for them. No big production, no packed guest list, just the two of them, the lake, the trees, and a really beautiful moment.
Their ceremony was simple and intentional, with the kind of quiet that you only really get when you step away from the usual wedding-day hustle. They were able to take their time, enjoy the scenery, and really focus on what the day was about: getting married to each other.
After their vows, Jill and Patrick headed to Blair Hill Inn for dinner. With its views overlooking Moosehead Lake, it was the perfect place to end the evening and watch the sun go down.
I love that they chose to make their wedding day completely their own. An elopement doesn’t have to mean giving up the special details, it can mean choosing the details that actually matter to you.
For Jill and Patrick, that meant the outdoors, Moosehead Lake, a quiet ceremony, a beautiful dinner, and time together.
And honestly, it was pretty perfect.
