Tim + Skylar | Rockwood Private Estate Wedding

Skylar + Tim’s private estate wedding in Rockwood was truly one for the books. From start to finish, this wedding was incredibly special, personal, beautiful, thoughtful, and filled with details that felt completely them.

Their love of fishing and Moosehead Lake became the inspiration behind the day, blending a romantic garden aesthetic with subtle fishing-inspired details. Lush florals were everywhere you turned, creating an incredible garden-party feel while still paying homage to the place they love so much. Every detail felt intentional without ever feeling overdone.

And the food?! Absolutely incredible. Guests enjoyed an amazing meal, but the real showstopper came later in the evening when a food truck rolled in serving late-night burgers and truffle fries. It was the perfect way to keep the celebration going and definitely a late-night snack worth remembering!

The weather could not have been more perfect for their Rockwood celebration. With Moosehead Lake as the backdrop, beautiful florals surrounding the property, and their closest friends and family gathered together, it felt like one of those Maine summer days you wish you could bottle up and keep forever.

One of my favorite parts of this wedding was getting to work with Skylar + Tim from start to finish. I had the privilege of serving as their planner, coordinator, and florist, which allowed me to be involved in bringing their vision to life from the very beginning through the final moments of their wedding day.

Being able to take an idea and watch it evolve into a fully realized wedding from the planning and logistics to the floral design and execution is one of my favorite parts of what I do. And this one truly came together beautifully.
