Lindsay + Tyler | Maine Coffee Mercantile
Updated: Sep 30
Lindsay and Tyler’s wedding day was definitely one for the books. A hurricane decided to make an appearance, bringing some pretty wild weather along with it, but it didn’t stop these two from getting married or their guests from celebrating.
With the weather outside making an outdoor ceremony impossible, everyone gathered inside for an intimate ceremony overlooking the Piscataquis River. And honestly, there was something pretty special about watching the storm outside while Lindsay and Tyler said their vows inside surrounded by the people they love.
After the ceremony, guests were treated to Maine BBQ, which was exactly what everyone needed after a day of unpredictable weather. Good food, full plates, and a room full of people made it easy to forget about what was happening outside.
And then, of course, came the dancing.
The dance floor quickly filled up, with guests of all ages joining in and making the most of the night. There was plenty of laughter, music, and some seriously impressive dance moves.
The weather may have made this wedding day a little unconventional, but that’s part of what made it so memorable.
You can’t control the weather, but you can control how you respond to it and Lindsay and Tyler didn’t let a storm take away from their celebration.
In the end, they got exactly what every couple hopes for: a day surrounded by the people they love, plenty of good food, lots of dancing, and a story they’ll be able to tell for years.
